Senior Staff Engineer, AI Governance

Build and scale AI governance services that help Visa develop, assess, and deploy trustworthy AI across the enterprise. You’ll design reliable architectures, develop an AI Observatory for inventory and lifecycle oversight, and collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and legal experts to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. The role involves developing responsible AI platform capabilities using modern generative AI, as well as evaluating emerging and third-party technologies for integration.
