Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee complex, high-stakes projects and programs across multiple accounts, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and customer success.
  • •Manage large and complex infrastructure projects within an account or across accounts.
  • •Lead large-scale, cross-functional teams to resolve systemic delivery issues and drive consensus across business units and global theatres.
  • •Leverage AI assistants and prompt engineering to automate routine project management tasks such as meeting intelligence, action item tracking, and status reporting.
  • •Own program-level financial health (margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and strategic resource allocation) and present business value to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/B.Tech or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 6 years of dedicated project management experience in the IT industry, with 9–15 years overall experience.
  • •Proven experience delivering global, customer-facing projects in highly complex functional or matrix organizations.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Project Plan (MPP), Microsoft Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • •Professional PM certification (PgMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, SCRUM, or equivalent; preference for PMP/PgMP) and required Japanese language proficiency (plus English).
