Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Configure platform capabilities, maintain business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications, and troubleshoot issues across configurations and customizations. Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, deliver AI-driven solutions in ServiceNow (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent), and support upgrades, documentation, and agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations (REST APIs, JDBC, MID servers, Integration Hub) while keeping the instance as out-of-the-box as possible.
•Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications.
•Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues, participate in upgrades/enhancements, and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform across administration and development.
•Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture.
•Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and familiarity with HR Service Delivery, Application Portfolio Management/Enterprise Architecture, and/or ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management).
•Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework and other testing tools.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
