Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6, incorporating design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • •Align schedule structures (WBS, activity coding) with contract packages and commercial reporting requirements.
  • •Perform critical path and delay analysis for variations, changes, and contractor claims, including preparing EOT submissions and supporting schedule evidence.
  • •Monitor progress against baseline schedules, identify variances, and prepare schedule and commercial risk reports for leadership.
  • •Coordinate with planning, cost control, procurement, and legal/commercial teams, validating contractor progress claims against schedule and physical progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6–10 years of experience in planning/scheduling roles with a strong commercial or contractual dimension, ideally within EPC or large-scale construction.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including resource and cost loading.
  • •Working knowledge of contract forms (e.g. FIDIC), variations, and claims/EOT processes.
  • •Fluent English required; Russian or Uzbek is an advantage.
