Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the outpatient nursing team, providing strong leadership and management guidance.
  • •Ensure evidence-based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards.
  • •Ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement.
  • •Manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources cost efficiently to enhance safe patient care.
  • •Monitor and manage compliance with legislative, regulatory, and clinical standards to support continuous quality improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited nursing institute.
  • •At least 3–5 years’ experience in an outpatient setting.
  • •At least five years of senior nursing leadership experience managing a large number of nurses in OPD in a hospital setting.
  • •Demonstrate ability to implement the five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, evaluation).
  • •Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and UAE healthcare regulatory and regulatory framework requirements.
