Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting final costs and sales.
  • •Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts.
  • •Measure, value, submit, and negotiate contract variations, and prepare, submit, and negotiate project final accounts.
  • •Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters, including reviewing and drafting correspondence.
  • •Perform commercial vetting of subcontractor tenders and contracts, certify subcontractor monthly valuations/final accounts, and ensure commercial processes are followed at project level.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience in quantity surveying/cost management, with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •In-depth cost planning, estimating, and budget management to maintain financial control across project lifecycles.
  • •Contract administration experience including drafting, reviewing, managing contracts, and handling disputes.
  • •Strong project management capability to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
