Job Summary

Lead the maintenance program management for the A220, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, airworthiness, reliability and safety to develop, optimize and deliver maintenance programs for current and future aircraft. Drive ISC/MWG forums, ensure ICA alignment, manage MRB/MRBR processes and collaborate with operators, suppliers and authorities to maintain program integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Co-chair the A220 Industry Steering Committee (ISC)
•Define, plan, prepare and coordinate the ISC forum with operators, suppliers, authorities, and Airbus teams
•Ensure effective communication between MWG, ISC and MRB; align MWG activities with ISC decisions
•Prepare MRBR proposal for submission to airworthiness authorities and coordinate periodic reviews with MRB chairpersons
•Coordinate maintenance policy updates, ICA completeness and maintenance engineering documentation across teams

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial aircraft maintenance/MRO

•Strong project management skills; PM certification is a plus
•Fluent in English with beginner French; excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
