Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate as a key team member on model-specific audits and independently review models, non-models, Gen AI tools, and associated analytics.
  • •Assist managers in executing audit tasks across the audit lifecycle, maintaining proficiency through ongoing professional development.
  • •Review prior audit results and business monitoring materials to support audit planning and actively participate in walkthroughs.
  • •Execute audit tests (e.g., process, governance, oversight) and clearly document results, drafting workpapers and issue documentation.
  • •Assess Management Action Plans (MAPs), communicate task status and challenges to senior managers/leadership, and provide guidance/feedback on staff work as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, accounting, computer science, data science, engineering, or another analytical field.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in areas such as internal audit, model risk, risk management, compliance, data analytics, quantitative analysis, or financial services.
  • •Basic understanding of the model lifecycle: development, implementation, validation, use, monitoring, and retirement.
  • •Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessments, control testing, and audit evidence.
  • •Working ability in Excel and at least one analytical tool, preferably SQL or Python.
