Job Summary

Ensure the Group is tax compliant across 30+ countries while optimizing overall tax burden within applicable regulations. Manage tax compliance procedures, review corporate income tax and VAT returns, coordinate tax authority audits, and oversee transfer pricing documentation for intercompany transactions. Identify tax risks and opportunities, analyze tax impacts of transactions and restructurings, and partner with external tax advisors and compliance service providers.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Group’s tax compliance procedures in 30+ countries with external service providers.
•Review corporate income tax and VAT returns.
•Support local and group financial statement audits from a tax perspective.
•Coordinate local tax authority audits and ensure intercompany transactions are documented per transfer pricing requirements.
•Identify tax risks and opportunities, analyze tax consequences of key transactions/restructurings/new products, and drive mitigation or opportunity projects.

Key Requirements

•4-6+ years overall working experience, including 3+ years of tax compliance experience at a multinational company or advisory firm.
•Experience managing a wide range of tax compliance procedures across multiple countries.
•Experience with deferred tax calculations (advantage).
•Strong understanding of key direct and indirect taxation concepts, with a focus on international taxation.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics majoring in finance, accounting, or tax; tax specialist/accountancy qualification such as ACCA is an advantage.
