Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of highway and drainage projects, mentoring junior engineers while collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, cost-effective solutions. You’ll work on planning, traffic management, and infrastructure design with a focus on highways, drainage, and related civil engineering tasks within a global practice.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure technical delivery of highway designs, traffic control, maintenance of traffic, traffic planning, aviation, value engineering, and road safety
•Produce designs based on planning strategies and construction specifications for highways and drainage
•Mentor staff and provide training to ensure output quality and continuous technical improvement
•Lead design reviews and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet budget, quality, and schedule targets
•Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver detailed designs for technical approval

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
•8+ years of experience in design of Highways/Motorways and drainage systems including traffic control and maintenance of traffic
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong written and spoken English
•Significant knowledge of engineering design, software, and standards (AutoCAD/AutoDesk, MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads, Geopak, BIM) and related guidelines (DMRB, AASHTO, MUTCD, TAC/others)
•Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and provide mentoring/training to staff
