Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and technically implement the product strategy in close coordination with Product Owners.
  • •Ensure the product strategy is implemented globally across services.
  • •Continuously drive simplification of services and the system landscape.
  • •Ensure a “Zero Impact Outages” strategy for the services.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical solutions and act as first point of contact for technical questions from squads.

Key Requirements

  • •Min. 15-year experience in Infrastructure Operations / Management.
  • •Understanding of Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
  • •Proven experience in Capacity Management (planning, forecasting, optimization of compute, storage, network).
  • •Knowledge of FinOps principles and cloud cost management practices.
  • •Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong backlog management skills.
