Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to support recruitment and manpower planning for the group. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, acting as the main liaison between candidates and hiring managers, while promoting Imdad as an Employer of Choice and delivering timely recruitment analytics to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Talent Acquisition team in delivering recruitment and manpower plans for the group, ensuring efficient and effective processes aligned with business needs and growth.
•Prepare internal and external job advertisements and postings in line with the manpower plan.
•Source candidates through Bayt.com, LinkedIn, and the company career site, and maintain a pool of profiles by country, city, department, and position.
•Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screen and competency-based interviews to shortlist best-fit candidates.
•Serve as the main point of contact between candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews and following up on feedback.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
•3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
•Expert in proactive direct candidate sourcing methods using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, market mapping, technical job boards and social media channels.
•Experience in using ATS systems effectively to manage candidates and vacancies, ensuring that data is correct and complete.
•Familiarity with and confident discussing technical terminology with stakeholders and candidates alike.
