Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging customers and completing complex and standardized transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, online banking, and mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities via fulfillment or referrals.
