Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate and timely pick up/deliveries in a safe, professional manner; assist with loading/unloading as needed.
  • •Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns, escalating to leadership when required.
  • •Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including pre-trip/post-trip reporting, load securement, and hours of service.
  • •Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work environment; complete and document daily maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • •Maintain and promote a strong safety culture, follow safety policies and PPE procedures, report incidents/accidents/violations, and complete mandatory random drug and alcohol testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Class A CDL.
  • •Be able to read, write, communicate in English, and understand highway traffic signs and signals.
  • •Maintain a CDL and DOT medical card.

  • •Tanker and Air Brake endorsements preferred (or ability to obtain), plus agriculture and customer service experience preferred.
