Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customers with scheduled ship dates.
  • •Respond to, assess, and coordinate customer expedite requests.
  • •Direct fulfillment centers based on demand, supply status, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain KPIs and planning reports to support quarter-end goals.
  • •Partner with Sales and manufacturing partners to provide order status visibility, identify risks, and escalate issues with action-oriented recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a related industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant area.
  • •High English proficiency (oral and written) to interface daily with customers and Sales/partners in the United States.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to build new processes/tools as a subject-matter expert.
