Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement the operating model for the new cybersecurity organization, including roles, responsibilities, governance, escalation paths, and interfaces with internal and managed-services teams.
  • •Lead service delivery leadership across cybersecurity, data governance, and AI engagements, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, SLAs, quality, and margin; act as senior escalation point for major issues.
  • •Establish and scale the SOC/MDR capability (IT/OT), including incident management, escalation and capacity models, phased move toward 24×7, and managed security SLAs and KPIs.
  • •Own resource and capacity management—building workforce plans, translating pipeline into demand, managing utilization and allocation, and establishing delivery pods aligned to capability and customer demand.
  • •Set customer experience, quality, risk, and governance frameworks—service reviews, executive reporting, delivery quality assurance, risk registers, corrective actions, and service industrialization into repeatable IP.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree/MBA or project and service-management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are desired.
  • •15+ years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, managed services, or enterprise service delivery, including senior leadership experience building or transforming service organizations.
  • •Experience designing or transforming service delivery organizations with strong operational leadership, delivery excellence, and commercial judgment.
  • •Proven governance, risk management, and problem-resolution capability, including managing complex enterprise customer environments and large-scale, multi-vendor programs.
  • •Working knowledge across AI-SOC/MDR, SIEM/XDR/SOAR, incident response, cloud security, offensive security, GRC, data governance, and AI assurance.
