Key Responsibilities

  • •Create engaging content for Calo’s social media channels.
  • •Support video shoots, photography sessions, and campaign productions.
  • •Brainstorm creative ideas for Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content.
  • •Capture behind-the-scenes moments across teams and events.
  • •Edit videos and prepare content for publishing while staying on top of social media trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a recent high school or university graduate and available for the full one-year fellowship.
  • •Love creating videos, taking photos, and telling stories for social media.
  • •Enjoy experimenting with creative ideas and have a creative eye for content.
  • •Be comfortable working behind the camera and/or on camera, and learn quickly using new tools.
  • •Show ownership, collaboration, and openness to feedback while staying organized in a fast-moving environment.
