Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own concurrent data reporting projects and models to generate insights for regional strategy teams.
  • •Advise regional teams on the impact of go-to-market decisions on sales teams’ quotas during the annual planning cycle.
  • •Support Quota and Capacity Planning in identifying opportunities to optimize existing processes and models.
  • •Develop an in-depth understanding of the business and the support area to inform insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of work experience ideally in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance with business analysis and insights.
  • •B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Business, Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering).
  • •Power-user proficiency in Excel and ability to tell a story in PowerPoint.
  • •Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships.
  • •Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
