Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet and warmly welcome customers at the store, guiding them to the appropriate department with assistance from the sales team.
  • •Support customers through their in-store journey and link with sales consultants to facilitate seamless service.
  • •Offer beverages to customers as part of high-end hospitality, monitor beverage stock, and maintain clean spaces.
  • •Manage omnichannel customer interactions (web to shop, shop to shop, and remote assistance) to enhance the experience.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with VIPs and regular clients, collect feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in customer-facing roles in luxury retail or hospitality; strong verbal communication skills in French and English; enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-oriented; excellent interpersonal skills and discretion; reliable, rigorous, and available for full-time shifts.
