Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and delivery of new products/processes for ASIC development and related projects.
  • •Serve as team leader, coordinating efforts across engineers and stakeholders to meet project milestones.
  • •Lead major projects, influence priorities, and act as escalation point for complex issues; coach junior team members.
  • •Define methods and procedures for new assignments and consult management on long-range goals; ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • •Collaborate with management and external vendors to support development and ensure successful product realization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 8+ years of related experience, or Masters with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years
  • •Experience designing and developing ASICs/Integrated Circuits, including architecture design, logic design, system simulation, and verification
  • •Ability to lead design, delivery, and projects; strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • •Familiarity with process flows from high-level design to synthesis, place-and-route, and timing/power use
  • •Proven ability to collaborate with management and external vendors to support development
