•Own and execute the market unit’s sales strategy, revenue targets, and growth initiatives
•Lead, coach, and develop the sales organization to achieve commercial objectives
•Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with standards
•Translate corporate strategy into local plans and ensure profitability and cost discipline
•Act as primary interface between the market unit and regional/corporate leadership, with regular reporting on performance and risks

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Economics or Marketing (or equivalent)
•Minimum 10 years of senior sales leadership, business management, or general management experience
•Experience in System Sales
•Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and Saudi legislation and Governmental affairs
•Proficiency in English with additional Arabic language skills preferred
