Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the Infrastructure Security Engineering team for EDA clusters, directing practical production-proven security outcomes.
  • •Own and ship the technical roadmap for EDA-specific security controls in partnership with security teams and infrastructure engineering.
  • •Design alternatives to conventional tooling where agent-based or endpoint approaches don’t fit, ensuring security without degrading long-running compute jobs.
  • •Drive consistent application of security frameworks across on-prem data centers and multi-cloud platforms, enforcing outcomes rather than documenting them.
  • •Run the full lifecycle of core infrastructure security technologies and automate security evidence with KPIs, instrumentation, and audit workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years building and operating production infrastructure at scale (network, compute clusters, storage), including 5+ years leading and managing engineering teams.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
  • •Deep networking expertise applied to large compute environments.
  • •Hands-on experience operating compute fleets at scale, including provisioning, lifecycle, and long-running job operations.
  • •Deep understanding of hyperscaler methodologies with security and reliability treated as co-equal goals.
