Key Responsibilities

  • •Move pullets and support breeder operations related to hen productivity, including gathering and transporting eggs and hatchability as needed.
  • •Inspect farms for compliance with contract and cooperative agreement standards and advise farmers on development programs.
  • •Coordinate and/or handle the movement of pullets, weighing/handling/fleshing pullets, hens, and males.
  • •Perform field vaccinations and/or administer medications, following established procedures.
  • •Conduct safety meetings, track and analyze hen productivity, and may schedule and train other employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • •Greater than 2 up to 5 years of directly related experience.
  • •Current driver’s license and a good driving record.
