Job Summary

Lead end-to-end management of the HP Dimension immersive 3D collaboration category, driving market quota and business metrics across unit, revenue, and margin. Manage pricing approvals, in-quarter business management, and complex global deal programs while setting market goals and guiding operational efficiency initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders, manage alliances with Google Beam, Zoom, and Microsoft, and provide business insights and mitigation plans through data analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the HP Dimension immersive 3D collaboration category end-to-end, including enabling market quota and business metric achievement for unit, revenue, and margin growth.
•Lead product and business development, set market goals, manage pricing and approvals, and facilitate pricing and PFV to enable market delivery.
•Own alliance relationships with Google Beam, and manage partners such as Zoom and Microsoft for HP 3D immersive collaboration solutions.
•Drive business planning and business plan development, including global projects, contingencies, budget management, and investment planning with markets.
•Lead comprehensive deal program management (global and enterprise named account funnels), improve deal capture/tracking processes, and orchestrate cross-functional program delivery for growth initiatives.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects affecting long-term business goals, including mentoring and guidance to subordinates.
•Strong business and financial acumen to develop recommendations and understand portfolio impacts across products/services.
•Experience with business planning, go-to-market strategy, and managing market execution using KPIs and analytics.
•Strong leadership and communication skills to influence without direct authority in complex, political environments.
