Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve Business Banking (BBD) and Business Banking Centre (BBC) targets by driving successful referral cases to corporate wealth and sales management relationship managers or BBC specialists.
  • •Support growth in Insurance & Investment (I&I) and other cross-selling products via proactive outbound calling and campaign execution.
  • •Reactivate Investment ETB and activate Investment NTB with clear conversion targets and reinforcement of regular self-directed trading behaviour.
  • •Deliver end-to-end high-impact campaigns with strong message delivery and consistent follow-through, partnering with internal stakeholders to improve effectiveness.
  • •Manage lead lists and maintain a structured pipeline, prioritizing customers by propensity, needs, and campaign objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent education.
  • •Strong investment product knowledge and technical competency with understanding of the investment market and economic environment (preferably CFP or CFA).
  • •Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations and passes all relevant papers of the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination.
  • •Strong self-motivation with communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • •Proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects is an advantage.
