Job Summary

Lead the pre-sales technical effort for mid-market and enterprise opportunities, partnering with regional sales teams to qualify leads, deliver bespoke product demos, and craft compelling technical messaging. Provide thought leadership to business and technical stakeholders, manage proof of concepts and RFP responses, and analyze customer workflows to align Freshworks solutions with customer infrastructure. Serve as a trusted advisor across the full sales cycle and train sales teams on product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with regional sales teams to convert prospects to customers.
•Prepare and deliver bespoke technical product demonstrations at client meetings, webinars, and customer events.
•Deliver product messaging using whiteboard and slide presentations, manage proof of concepts, and support RFP responses.
•Answer functional and technical customer questions, performing complex workflow analysis and examining how Freshworks interacts with customer infrastructure.
•Collect and convey customer requirements to central product management, promote Freshworks solutions, collaborate internally, and train sales teams on the product suite.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience in technical solution engineering, preferably in the ITIL/ITSM domain or SaaS/software product environments.
•Experience with ITSM/ITIL methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure in a SaaS or technology product organization.
•Native-level written and oral communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
•Strong customer stakeholder communication skills (including CxOs) and the ability to run discovery and presentations/demos.
•Experience working on complex sales cycles for mid-market and enterprise business segments.
