Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across North America, covering functions such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, and more.
•Manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality of hire and time-to-fill.
•Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, team dynamics, and hiring challenges.
•Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including pipeline building and engagement of passive talent.
•Use recruitment data, metrics, and market insights to inform strategies and drive KPI accountability (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality, manager satisfaction).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,000 - 162,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
•6+ years of corporate recruitment experience.

•Experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and working in an ATS (SuccessFactors preferred).
