Job Summary

Provide technical leadership and operational support to Video Template Review teams by owning tooling, AI-assisted review workflows, and technical standards for motion graphics and video templates. Review and analyze templates across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve, test and optimize AI-assisted workflows, monitor quality trends and compatibility risks, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve systems and automation while ensuring ethical AI use.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and analyze video templates, motion graphics, and related assets across supported platforms.
•Lead technical upskilling and drive tooling adoption for Video Template Reviewers.
•Test, deploy, and optimize AI-assisted review workflows for template content.
•Establish and maintain technical review standards, monitoring quality trends and compatibility issues.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to improve review systems and support escalations involving functionality, licensing, copyright, AI-generated content, and performance.
