Own the planning and evolution of spot trading products, driving end-to-end delivery of new features that improve user trading experiences. Combine deep expertise in trading system logic (order matching, order states, market depth) with product design skills. Lead spot onchain/ CeDeFi strategy and launch tokenized asset offerings (RWA, tokenized stocks, Pre-IPO, yield), including AI-powered trading tooling such as smart order routing and assisted market analysis.

•Lead planning, design, and ongoing iteration of spot trading products.
•Drive end-to-end implementation of new trading features to continuously enhance the user trading experience.
•Design and apply AI-powered trading tools, including smart order routing and assisted market analysis.
•Define the strategic direction for spot onchain business and bring DeFi innovations into the centralized exchange environment.
•Lead CeDeFi and RWA product launches, including productization for tokenized stocks, Pre-IPO, and onchain yield products.
