Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the best team by hiring, training, retaining, counseling, and educating staff on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Maintain daily production flow by checking production orders, ensuring fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before production startup.
  • •Oversee production operations by ensuring machinery performs and workstations have passed USDA inspection, and rotate workstations throughout the shift.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings; oversee processing operations and work with other supervisors to solve problems, providing continuous quality education.
