Supervisor, Purchasing (Big Sky, US)

Manage the end-to-end procurement to payment process, including placing, tracking, and receiving purchase orders. Ensure requisitions and purchase requests follow purchasing policies and approval workflows, perform price comparisons, and follow up on open orders to confirm shipping. Coordinate with Receiving on discrepancies and support item handling and quality checks. Maintain store filing and prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.
