Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operations across programs at the worksite, coordinating with other coordinators for larger facilities.
  • •Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of employee professional development and continuous learning programs.
  • •Direct long-term and short-term strategic planning, including budget development aligned with business goals.
  • •Develop and implement operating policies and ensure adequate execution, including compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • •Lead the operations team, manage staffing and contractor schedules, negotiate and prepare contracts, and oversee risk management and legal agreements (letters of agreement, leases, and related documents).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects to deliver on time and efficiently.
  • •In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes for quality and compliance.
  • •Proven capability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills (required to be successful).
