Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed counter sales goals by focusing on comp sales and transaction targets while creating exceptional fan experiences.
  • •Coach and manage Sales Leads and Sales Associates, including training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and Pandora brand standards.
  • •Oversee daily operations, including weekly scheduling aligned to peak selling periods and payroll efficiency.
  • •Manage inventory operations such as replenishment, cycle counts, and backstock accuracy, including loss prevention practices.
  • •Maintain compliance with Pandora and Macy’s operational, security, POS, and loss prevention policies, and support recruiting efforts as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • •Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results against sales goals.
  • •Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
