Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage seasonal merchandise financial plans aligned with business objectives and commercial strategies.
  • •Build sales, margin, inventory, and buy plans at category, channel, and market level.
  • •Monitor performance using key commercial KPIs and provide forecasting/reforecasting recommendations based on trends and market developments.
  • •Partner with Merchandising and Allocation to optimize assortments, replenishment strategies, and stock optimization across stores.
  • •Lead weekly and monthly business reviews, support Open-to-Buy/inventory investment decisions, contribute to pricing/promotional/markdown strategies, and mentor junior planners or allocators where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, Demand Planning, or a similar analytical commercial role.
  • •Proven ability to translate data into commercial actions and business recommendations.
  • •Strong commercial acumen with retail and merchandising principles, including Open-to-Buy and core retail KPIs.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with planning, allocation, and BI tools is an advantage.
