Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop Asia-region financial strategy and investment goals in close collaboration with BU leaders.
  • •Oversee investment portfolio as controller/financial advisor to ensure optimal resource allocation and controls.
  • •Manage FP&A cycles and refine Capex/Opex budgeting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Conduct in-depth financial analysis and develop frameworks to evaluate key programs and make recommendations.
  • •Track program milestones and KPIs to monitor performance against budget and schedule; monitor ecosystem and competitive trends in Asia region.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in FP&A and strategic finance roles.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling.
  • •In-depth knowledge of accounting guidelines and tax codes.
  • •Experience with SAP ERP system is preferred.
  • •B.E/B.Tech + MBA is preferable.
