Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment at a wood-fired steam turbine electrical generation power plant. Perform routine to complex mechanical work using blueprint procedures, precision measurement tools, and standard mechanical skills such as welding, machining, and alignment. Follow safety and environmental requirements, support plant operations with teamwork, coordinate contractors, maintain maintenance records, and conduct equipment inspections and tagging. Provide training and technical guidance and handle emergency call-ins and overtime.
