Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of user research experience on digital products, able to define research approaches through ambiguity and deliver impact from actionable insights.
  • •Expertise in designing, planning, and executing research studies with clear objectives, goals, and timelines.
  • •A portfolio showing research and insights that influenced tactical and strategic product development.
  • •Strong communication skills to drive cross-functional conversations using user data and empathy from research findings.
