Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute internal audits across business functions and projects per the annual audit plan.
  • •Conduct audits covering project management/execution, contracts, tendering, procurement, and commercial processes.
  • •Review project controls including budgets, payments, BOQs, variations, claims, change orders, progress certifications, and costs.
  • •Evaluate tendering and contracting processes, including bid evaluation, contract award, compliance, and delegation of authority.
  • •Prepare audit reports, discuss findings with process owners, track corrective actions, and support investigations/special audit assignments.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of Internal Audit experience.
  • •Experience in UAE real estate development/construction projects.
  • •CA/CA Inter preferred.
