Drive commercial success for Mobia Medical’s Vivistim® Paired VNS™ System across a defined Orange County territory. Build relationships with PM&R/physiatry, neurosurgery, and physical therapy physician communities; manage accounts through plans and proactive outreach; deliver product presentations; and forecast sales using weekly reporting. Partner with clinical and marketing teams to identify patient candidates, support adoption, and close strategic opportunities through ethical, compliant execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Launch and drive first-to-market adoption of the Vivistim® Paired VNS™ System across PM&R/physiatry, neurosurgery, and physical therapy specialties.
•Develop account plans and strategies to grow new physician customers and achieve sales and therapy adoption goals.
•Prepare product presentations, maintain weekly sales forecasting/reporting, and monitor customer, market, and competitor activity.
•Collaborate with clinical teams and marketing to identify patient candidates and support account-level patient/customer adoption.
•Manage customer relationships and lead closing of strategic opportunities while representing the company ethically and compliantly.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree (preferably in life sciences, business, nursing, or medical product marketing).
•5+ years of documented, successful sales experience with results.

•Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
•Ability to influence decision makers and operate within legal and regulatory guidelines.
