Job Summary

Manage overall QA and testing planning across portfolios, coordinating changes to meet business criteria and driving end-to-end test execution planning (resources, timelines, scope, and required test volumes). Lead a high-performance testing team to achieve productivity targets and quality standards, coordinate stakeholders to ensure milestones are met, and define testing frameworks, metrics, and QA/UAT practices to protect high-quality transformation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage overall QA and testing planning activities and coordinate portfolio testing changes to meet business criteria.
•Plan and oversee resources and timelines for end-to-end test executions.
•Coordinate stakeholders across projects to meet milestone dates to a high-quality standard while maintaining testing scope, volume of test requirements, and test plan/strategy.
•Build and lead a high-performance testing team, ensuring productivity targets are achieved and standards are met.
•Define and implement the testing framework, metrics, and champion adoption of strong Business QA/UAT practices to maintain transformation delivery quality.

Key Requirements

•Be a graduate with experience in customer-focused organizations, including areas such as digital transformation or change management, with strong performance management and team development skills.
•Have strong knowledge of the testing process, digital and staff channels, and an in-depth understanding of insurance business processes with strong customer focus.
•Understand project methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, with subject matter expertise of channel considerations (technical, commercial, marketplace, and customer).
•Be innovative and able to approach challenges differently to deliver goals, with highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrate excellent relationship management, resilience, and self-motivation when dealing with internal and external stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
