Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex vehicle-level investigations and resolution for high-priority customer concerns, owning technical triage through root cause, corrective action, validation, and verified closure.
  • •Define investigation strategy, evidence standards, and root cause criteria to ensure conclusions are reproducible, data-supported, and actionable.
  • •Direct permanent corrective and preventive actions across product design, software, calibration, manufacturing, suppliers, diagnostics, and service procedures.
  • •Quantify affected populations, severity, recurrence risk, warranty exposure, and customer impact to prioritize escalations and guide business decisions.
  • •Establish objective validation plans, acceptance criteria, sample requirements, monitoring periods, and post-implementation checks; mentor Field Quality Engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of experience in automotive field quality, vehicle integration, systems engineering, product engineering, reliability, vehicle diagnostics, validation, manufacturing quality, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience investigating and resolving complex customer-facing vehicle issues across multiple systems or commodities.
  • •Experience analyzing vehicle data such as diagnostic trouble codes, CAN data, telematics, vehicle logs, software traces, service records, warranty claims, test results, or returned components.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform essential duties and job-related communications.
