Provide timely, accurate handling of client transactions while delivering a high-quality banking experience in the branch. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions (including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking). Support sales efforts through outbound calling, identifying client needs and offers, and referring opportunities to specialists. Help manage account openings and resolutions, advance product knowledge through training, and follow internal controls and risk-management policies.
