Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets.
  • •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and implement improvements.
  • •Provide coaching, development, feedback, and performance management to team members; create an environment aligned to Carvana’s Values.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, train associates on Quality Control standards, and minimize re-checks and delays in production.
