Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate receipt, inspection, and handling of incoming Combat System items, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned with project expectations.
  • •Support inventory updates and maintain accurate record keeping.
  • •Help coordinate material movements between sites, including preparing items for transport and following safe handling procedures.
  • •Assist in compilation and quality checks of connector kits under engineering direction.
  • •Prepare and submit asset tracking and stocktake reports; support site inspections and depopulation activities; escalate risks affecting RMIY milestones and assist with supply chain reporting packs.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Driving License with access to a vehicle to travel between support facilities and shipyard sites as required.
  • •Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory coordination (Defence experience preferred).
  • •Familiarity with inventory or material management systems such as AVEVA/MAXIMO.
  • •Attention to detail when handling stock records, inspection data, and delivery documentation.
  • •Eligible to obtain Australian Defence Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance and satisfy program ITAR requirements.
