Own and evolve the Workday Adaptive Planning financial modeling environment, ensuring model health, accuracy, and performance. Maintain and build Adaptive Planning models for FP&A, master chart of accounts and organizational levels, and troubleshoot complex formulas. Lead Adaptive-Workday integrations, reconcile monthly actuals, and collaborate with Tech on API-driven data flows. Create executive-ready reports and dashboards, supporting annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting with “what-if” scenarios.
