Job Summary

Manage partnership agreement workflows, Coupa registration, and royalty/design fee payments for Vans. Oversee JD SMU ranging products and coordinate distribution to the Seapac team with complete product details. Maintain OTW/Collabs orderbooks and share orderbook and sell-through performance with global stakeholders. Support APAC market and consumer insights, and maintain PLM/Enovia and APAC RLL materials for OTW/Collab.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end process of partnership agreements, Coupa registration, and royalty/design fee payments.
•Manage ranging JD SMU products (FTW) and provide downloads to the Seapac team with detailed product information and photos.
•Manage OTW/Collabs orderbooks and distribution lists per project, sharing updates with the global team and marketing on time.
•Track sell-through performance for OTW/Collabs/SMU and share performance with global counterparts when needed.
•Support APAC market/consumer insights for OTW mainline products and maintain PLM/Enovia and APAC RLL materials for OTW/Collabs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
•1-3 years of relevant experience.
•Prior experience in product merchandising/creation or as a buyer for relevant brands.
•Experience managing partnership agreements and related payment processes.
•Familiarity with maintaining product-related materials in enterprise systems (e.g., PLM).
