Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain safe job practices for repairing equipment and follow OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites when required; and maintain the service vehicle.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Hold a high school diploma (trade school certificate preferred) and/or have field service, maintenance, and repair experience (preferred).
  • •Have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, be at least 21 years old, and meet the physical requirements (lift up to 50 pounds).
