Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver infrastructure projects and programmes across the project lifecycle, aligned to client objectives and Turner & Townsend standards.
  • •Manage contract delivery, ensuring effective leadership and teamwork while overseeing financial management and project controls.
  • •Lead and develop project teams on large projects or programmes, coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • •Maintain strong stakeholder and interpersonal engagement, building trusted-advisor relationships across clients and partner organisations.
  • •Adhere to health, safety, quality and environmental management requirements (including any SOX control responsibilities where applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the full project lifecycle, including project management principles and delivering to client objectives.
  • •Experience with contract management, leadership and teamwork, financial management and project controls, and HSE (health, safety, quality, environmental) management.
  • •Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop teams and lead others in challenging environments or ambiguity.
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder management strength, comfortably working with diverse client and partner organisations and building long-term trusted-advisor relationships.
  • •A degree or HND (or equivalent experience) in a management, construction, or infrastructure-related subject, plus professional affiliation/qualification or near-qualified status with APM/ICE, and project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP).
