Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate urban design delivery across disciplines (architecture, roads, landscaping, geotechnical, water & environment, power, telecom) and translate planning policies into design outputs.
  • •Support surveys and develop preliminary feasibility, benchmarking studies, and legal/institutional/cadastral framework investigations.
  • •Conduct and support site analysis and natural environment analysis (land use, infrastructure networks, morphology, views, density, accessibility; topography, hydrology, soil, meteorology).
  • •Develop conceptual and detailed design alternatives (land use, transportation, morphology, road design, parcelation, green networks, wet utilities, power and telecom networks), including comparative impact and SWOT analysis.
  • •Refine master plans and produce final deliverables (3D views, animations, reports, development briefs), perform QA/QC, and mentor junior designers at senior levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Landscape Architecture.
  • •Master’s Degree in Urban Planning or Urban Design.
  • •8–16 years of relevant experience in urban planning/urban design with exposure to large-scale master planning and mixed-use developments.
  • •Strong understanding of urban design principles, public realm design, and development regulations.
  • •Strong software skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and GIS, with proven ability to coordinate across disciplines (and manage junior team members at senior levels).
