•Develop and oversee complex tariff and regulatory filings for general rate cases.
•Write and provide regulatory testimony, comments, and supporting documentation (exhibits/work papers) for regulatory proceedings.
•Provide internal regulatory consulting and leadership on regulatory strategy and impacts to business matters.
•Conduct economic analysis and support the development of regulatory strategy, including proactive regulatory tactics.
•Oversee compliance processes, draft responses to complex data requests, and advocate/negotiates with regulators and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Typically, five or more years in a related field for the senior level.
